We've worked with Brandon on a variety of our construction needs. He is professional, fair, and straight forward. He handled our entire kitchen remodel for us - from helping with design ideas, overseeing two subcontractors we needed, and putting in the cabinetry himself. He also caught two defects on deliveries that we would have missed and negotiated the returns and replacements (at not cost to us). His attention to detail is an advantage. Brandon Arend has a unique ability for versatility. He has completed quite a few incredible and somewhat difficult constructing jobs for me in a variety of different areas.
Working closely with us to create our restaurant environment, he worked thru difficult structure problems, making it a very comfortable and beautiful area for our customers.
He helped work out the kitchen plumbing problems, the gas hook-ups for the grills - which the gas company said was a shockingly excellent piece of work!.
Our house is quite old and we had a huge problem of our bathroom floor sinking - Brandon without fail - found a safe way to re-structure the floor to withstand its heavy usage from the tub and shower, toilet and people!!
Brandon and his team are clean and never leaves a mess - during his work as well as afterward.
